From section to application
Curves that belong in the finished design
Arched windows and facade details begin with a section that must retain its fit and finish after bending. We review mating surfaces, visible faces and assembly requirements before specifying tooling.
Before you choose a machine
Can you confirm whether my profile can be bent?
Yes. Send a cross-section drawing or clear photos with dimensions, material grade, temper, wall thickness and required radius. Our engineers review suitability. A sample test may be needed.
Is test bending free?
We provide free test bending. Contact us first to agree on sample quantity, length, the test plan and shipping arrangements. Production tooling and the final configuration are confirmed in the quotation.
What warranty and training do you provide?
The machine warranty is 18 months, with coverage and terms stated in the sales agreement. Remote video guidance is available for installation and training. On-site commissioning can also be arranged; scope, travel and costs are agreed in advance.
